Can I upgrade or cancel my membership at any time?

Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your member portal. You can cancel at any time with no questions asked. Upgrading to the Mastery Cohort or Strategic Partner tiers is always available, provided there is an open seat in those limited groups.

I have taken your L&D courses; how is this different?

My L&D courses provide the foundation, but The Leadership Circle is where the application happens. Are the live sessions recorded?

What exactly happens in a "Skill Sprint" in the Mastery Cohort ($99)?

Sprints happen every three months. They are 4-week guided "builds" where we move away from just watching videos and start creating. How much time does participation require?
