Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We do not allow cancellations, once a program/service/course/bundle is booked. In case of exceptional circumstances, we will evaluate to check if cancellation may be allowed. However, it will be at the sole discretion of Zyanar Enterprises.

Refund Policy

All our programs/services/courses are non-refundable. However, requests for change of name of participant may be raised by contacting us through email. However, it will be at the sole discretion of Zyanar Enterprises to accept such requests.

If a program or service is cancelled by Zyanar Enterprises, a refund will be initiated as per terms and conditions of the program/service.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
