Questions people ask
What if I miss a session?
Recordings are available, so you can catch up on anything you miss.
What do I need to do to earn the certificate?
Submit the Capstone project, which is mandatory, and pass the graded final assessment. The pass mark for the final assessment is 50%.
The certificate is issued only on completion.
Do I need to be senior, or have years of experience?
No. The program is open to HR and L&D professionals at any level, and to anyone moving into L&D.
Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?
Live. There are six weekly sessions of 2 hours each, held online, and you work through a hands-on task after each one.
Who reviews my Capstone?
Zubin Rashid reviews and grades every Capstone personally.
How is this different from an online course?
You learn live, apply each lesson to a real gap in your own organisation, and earn the certificate through a graded Capstone and final assessment, not by finishing videos.
What happens after the program ends?
Certified participants get 3 months of access to the L&D Academy LMS and the L&D Academy Circle.
