The L&D Strategy & Impact Fellowship brings practicing L&D professionals together
in a structured learning fellowship to think clearly about strategy, impact, and value
through shared discussion, guided reflection, and mentor-led learning.
"Very useful. Lots of practical examples provided along with concepts. The explanations are clear. The assignments contain downloadable files that are great for further practice and learning. I have learnt a lot and would recommend it to those who want to foray into the L&D space."
"This is a good match for me because I specifically work in Learning & Development and we just went through a review of our area to learn how to become more strategic and incorporate the varied competencies of L&D into what we are charged with at the University."
"As a professional in the public sector with a focus in learning and development, this was a great refresher along with helpful new tips & additional resources to aid in adapting these best practices into my own L&D strategies"
1
You are expected to explain learning impact and value, often without clear definitions or shared language. The Fellowship gives you a structured space to work through impact questions with peers who understand the responsibility and the constraints.
2
You spend your time enabling others to learn, while your own development happens informally or gets postponed.
This Fellowship exists to support your growth as an L&D professional, through ongoing learning, discussion, and reflection.
3
You already know the frameworks.
What you need is help applying them in complex, imperfect environments.
The Fellowship focuses on real scenarios, shared reasoning, and learning how to think clearly when conditions are not ideal.
Most L&D professionals are not short on ideas.
They struggle because the situations they face are complex, unclear, and rarely discussed openly.
-Impact expectations are vague.
-Stakeholder priorities keep shifting.
-Learning is asked to solve problems it does not fully control.
Much of this has to be figured out alone.
What helps is a space to work through real problems, see how others are approaching similar situations, and refine thinking before high-stakes conversations.
Some L&D professionals sound more confident in these moments. They regularly:
-Test assumptions
-Learn from others’ experiences
-Use language that holds up under scrutiny
It develops through regular exposure to better questions, shared reasoning, and thoughtful challenge.
That is what the L&D Strategy & Impact Fellowship is designed to provide.
Access structured learning pathways, courses, templates, and guided resources designed to support real L&D work over time.
Grow alongside members who show up consistently, engage thoughtfully, and support each other’s development.
Connect directly with Zubin in a special chat for guidance, clarification, and mentor-led perspective when you need it.
Work through real, practice-led L&D cases that help you think through strategy, impact, and decision-making in context.
Join monthly live sessions focused on sharpening thinking around L&D strategy, impact, and business-relevant learning decisions.
Get hand-matched with a small group of 4–6 peers to discuss challenges, share perspectives, and deepen learning through guided discussion.
Access to 50+ Case Studies
The Fellowship includes a growing library of real, practice-led L&D case studies drawn from different organisational contexts.
These are not showcase success stories. They are realistic situations that surface trade-offs, constraints, and imperfect decisions.
Each case is designed to help you think through how impact and strategy play out in real conditions, not just what should ideally happen.
Monthly Live Masterclasses
Every month, you join a live masterclass focused on a specific aspect of L&D strategy, impact, or business relevance.
These sessions are designed to sharpen thinking, clarify concepts, and explore patterns across multiple situations.
The emphasis is on sense-making and application, not slide-heavy teaching or one-way delivery.
Small Group Masterminds
Once every quarter, you are hand-matched into a small group of 4–6 Fellowship members.
These sessions create space for deeper discussion of individual challenges, shared reflection, and peer perspectives.
The small group format allows for thoughtful conversation, practical insight, and learning that is difficult to achieve in larger settings.
A Complete Knowledge Base
The Fellowship provides access to a structured knowledge base that includes learning pathways, short courses, templates, and guided resources.
These materials are designed to support your work over time and can be revisited as your role or challenges evolve.
The focus is on usefulness and relevance, not volume.
A Community that Cares
The Fellowship is built around members who engage thoughtfully and consistently.
This is a space where people show up, listen, and support each other’s growth.
The value comes not from constant activity, but from the quality of interaction and the shared commitment to learning and improvement.
1:1 Mentorship from Zubin
As part of the Fellowship, you have the opportunity to connect directly with Zubin inside the community.
This mentorship is designed to provide guidance, perspective, and clarification as you navigate complex situations.
It is not about quick answers, but about helping you think more clearly and confidently over time.
Each month includes:
• One live masterclass focused on L&D strategy, impact, or decision-making
• Ongoing discussion inside the Fellowship, where members reflect, ask questions, and learn from shared experiences
You can engage live or catch up later. Nothing is designed to be time-intensive.
Once every quarter, you participate in:
• A small group mastermind, hand-matched with 4–6 members
• A mentor-led group session where pre-submitted questions are discussed in depth
These sessions are designed to help you work through real challenges with focus and perspective.
Alongside live sessions, you have access to:
• A growing library of case studies
• A structured knowledge base with learning pathways, courses, books and templates
You use these resources when they are relevant to your work, not according to a rigid schedule.
Zubin participates as a mentor and facilitator, not as a constant broadcaster.
You can seek clarification, share reflections, and gain perspective inside the Fellowship without needing formal sessions each time.
Hello,
I am Zubin, and I will be your mentor inside the L&D Strategy & Impact Fellowship.
I have worked closely with L&D professionals across industries who are accountable for impact and business-facing decisions, and I have seen where L&D thinking gets stuck and what helps it move forward.
More than 17,500 learners from 152 countries have learned through my programs. What this has reinforced for me is this: the challenges L&D professionals face are remarkably consistent, regardless of geography or organisation size.
Inside this Fellowship, my role is not to “teach answers”.
It is to help you think more clearly, ask better questions, and develop judgment that holds up in real organisational situations.
I will be:
I look forward to thinking alongside you.
