A bit of both. Zubin will ask questions to understand your situation clearly — but he will also tell you what he thinks. If there is something in your approach that is not working, he will say so. If there is a better framework for your situation, he will share it. Expect directness, not just reflection back at you.

Yes — a short pre-session form is sent after you book. It takes around 5 minutes and asks what you want to focus on and where you are right now. Zubin reads this before the call so the session starts in the right place. No lengthy documents required — just enough context to make the 60 minutes count.

Yes. Many people book a follow-up after their first session once they have had time to put things into practice. If you want a regular rhythm — monthly check-ins, a quarterly strategy session, or something else — get in touch directly and we will find an arrangement that works.

The community gives you peer support, access to all of Zubin's content, group sessions, and live events. The 1:1 is one-to-one time focused entirely on your specific situation — not a group format, not a course. It is the fastest way to get a direct answer to a specific challenge. Many people do both — the community for ongoing learning, the 1:1 for pivotal moments.

That is fine — just book and say so in the pre-session form. A good starting point is often "I feel stuck and I am not sure why" or "I have a decision to make and I want to think it through." Zubin will use the first few minutes of the session to help you identify the most useful focus before diving in.

Choose a time on Topmate or Gumroad and pay to confirm. You will immediately receive a short pre-session form — a few questions about what you want to focus on and where you are right now.

This means the session starts with context, not small talk. Zubin reads your responses before the call so the 60 minutes hit the ground running.

Pre-session form takes 5 minutes. No essays — just enough so the session is focused from the first minute.

During

The session

60 minutes via video call. No slides, no scripted agenda — just a direct, honest conversation focused entirely on your situation.

Zubin will ask questions and he will also tell you what he thinks. You leave with clarity on the issue, a framework or approach to take forward, and a clear next step — not just a good conversation.

Expect directness. This is not a session where someone reflects your own thoughts back at you. Zubin will share his perspective.

After

Written follow-up

Within 24 hours of the session, Zubin sends a written summary of what was discussed — the key frameworks covered, the actions you agreed, and any resources or next steps relevant to your situation.

So the value does not disappear the moment the call ends. You have something to refer back to and share with your team if relevant.
