Both. Virtual delivery is the default โ€” it works well globally and removes logistical complexity. In-person delivery is available for organisations based in India and selected international locations. We will confirm what works best for your situation during the discovery call.

There is no fixed minimum. We have worked with teams of 5 and groups of 500+. The design and delivery approach adapts to the cohort size. Smaller groups allow for more coaching; larger groups benefit from a more structured facilitated format.

Ideally 3โ€“4 weeks ahead for group sessions and 6โ€“8 weeks for full programmes to allow for discovery, design, and preparation. That said, if you have an urgent need, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate. We respond to all enquiries within 1 business day.
