Get in TouchBoth. Virtual delivery is the default โ it works well globally and removes logistical complexity. In-person delivery is available for organisations based in India and selected international locations. We will confirm what works best for your situation during the discovery call.
There is no fixed minimum. We have worked with teams of 5 and groups of 500+. The design and delivery approach adapts to the cohort size. Smaller groups allow for more coaching; larger groups benefit from a more structured facilitated format.
